How to Request Deletion

1. Email drillrhelp@outlook.com from the email linked to your account.
2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your user ID or account email.

What Gets Deleted

• Profile details and authentication records
• Training history linked to your account
• Challenge/social records tied to your account identity

Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security investigations.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
